About the Role:

The Community & Lifestyle Concierge Supervisor will play a crucial role in managing the Residences team, ensuring the safety, security, satisfaction, and well-being of homeowners, tenants, and employees. This position requires a high level of professionalism, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and effectively to emergencies or safety concerns, working closely with Security when necessary.
  • Conduct routine patrols of the Residences, including Front & Back of the House and public spaces, to ensure all areas are in order and report any damages or repair works in a timely manner.
  • Be involved in the working plan for each month regarding potential renovations on products or services from relative departments.
  • Assign tasks to the GSA, concierge, and other team members as needed.
  • Assist with team goal setting in people, products, profit, and visions.
  • Conduct training sessions monthly and ensure employees are familiar with Four Seasons' policies and procedures.
  • Build strong and effective communication among the team and internal relative departments.
  • Ensure employees' grooming is up to standard and keep the Department Head informed of any areas of concern.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner, building positive relationships with residents.
  • Handle all resident interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
  • Provide basic trouble-shooting support for in-room services such as internet, TV movies, games, and Web services.
  • Attend Residences Monthly Meetings.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, reading and writing.
  • Computer proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and other relevant software.
  • One to three years of employment in a related position with Four Seasons or other organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or a reputable university.
