About the Opportunity

Astra Pentest Platform is a cybersecurity SaaS company with 1000+ customers across the globe. Our mission is to help businesses uncover vulnerabilities in their infrastructure proactively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Executing new initiatives from scratch and overseeing execution of new projects.
  • Improving customer-facing functions by closely working with teams to enhance customer experience.
  • Developing playbooks with various departments to make processes scalable and repeatable.
  • Providing operational support to founders, including optimizing workflows, managing teams effectively, and ensuring efficient processes.
  • Preparing MIS, gathering data across departments, and deriving insights from data.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders for engagement and communication.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a founder or in a similar dynamic role.
  • Ability to think strategically and have hands-on experience in creating and executing processes with high automation usage.
  • Background in management (MBA), consulting, or knowledge of cybersecurity or computer science/IT engineering.
  • Experience working in a business environment.
