Job Title: Quality Assurance Specialist

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in all aspects of our operations. This includes planning, implementation, and monitoring of quality control procedures to meet customer requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality plans for gauges and instruments, as well as inspection methods.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure raw material approval processes are followed.
  • Monitor and analyze NCR closures, rejection analysis, and detailed studies of non-conforming parts.
  • Interact with customers to understand their specific requirements and provide training to QA project leads.
  • Analyze customer complaints and internal rejections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively and validated accordingly.
  • Monitor supplier performance and address any related issues.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in GD&T, CMM programming, and QS certification processes.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and manage administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

Candidates should hold a BE in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant diploma, with 10-15 years of experience in the aerospace/precision machining components manufacturing industry.

  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to lead and manage teams.
