Salesforce Platform Architect

As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the success of our digital platforms by supporting existing systems while transitioning to legacy elimination. You will own platform administration practices, DevOps, CI/CD, test automation, upgrade, and development strategy.
Main Responsibilities:- Design and implement scalable, reliable, and effective Salesforce-based structures to support global digital products.
- Optimize performance and stability of Salesforce instances, manage content workflows, and improve authoring experiences while reducing costs.
- Lead the integration of Salesforce with other technology stack components such as analytics, marketing automation, and Customer Facing platform.
- Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology, Business Administration, or equivalent IT experience.
- 6-8 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce in a development or administration role.
- Proven experience in managing, maintaining, and optimizing Salesforce environments for large-scale digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and implementation.
- Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
