Job Opportunity: UI/UX Designer

A UI/UX Designer is required to own the design strategy and user experience of a digital platform. The ideal candidate will create and validate wireframes, prototypes, and design systems that bring simplicity, trust, and impact to farmer-centric experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement design strategies aligned to business and product goals.
  • Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using design tools.
  • Define and maintain design systems, UI patterns, and style guides to ensure visual and functional consistency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to convert epics and user stories into design deliverables.
  • Conduct end-to-end user research and usability testing with diverse user groups.
  • Translate feedback into actionable design improvements, balancing usability, accessibility, and technical feasibility.
  • Champion UX for rural contexts, ensuring culturally relevant trust cues and vernacular flows.
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure pixel-perfect handoff and smooth implementation.
  • Run design experiments and analyze outcomes to optimize key funnels.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility standards and data privacy guidelines in all user interfaces.
  • Prepare demos, storyboards, and training material for launches.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design, with at least 3 years designing for mobile-first products at scale.
  • Proven experience shipping customer-facing apps with measurable adoption and engagement impact.
  • Hands-on experience conducting field research and usability testing with diverse user groups.
