Job Role: Adobe Target/AEM Developer

The role requires expertise in designing, developing and customizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions with a focus on integration of Adobe Target. The job involves supporting the development of components, templates, workflows and asset configurations to deliver personalized, scalable and optimized digital experiences.

This includes configuring and customizing AEM publishing processes and related functionalities, managing and enhancing AEM Assets configurations, including metadata schemas, renditions and custom workflows.

An essential skill required is experience with integrating Adobe Target with AEM to enable personalization, optimization and testing capabilities.

Candidates must demonstrate hands-on experience with AEM 6.x/AEM as a Cloud Service, strong expertise in Adobe Target for personalization and experimentation, proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR and HTL (Sightly).

Familiarity with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular is also crucial. In addition, knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud integrations, specifically Analytics, Campaign and other related tools is highly valued.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and Develop AEM Components: Create AEM components, templates and workflows to support web and digital experience needs.
  • Configure Publishing Processes: Configure and customize AEM publishing processes and related functionalities.
  • AEM Assets Management: Manage and enhance AEM Assets configurations, including metadata schemas, renditions and custom workflows.

  • Collaboration: Collaborate with architects, UX and marketing teams to align solutions with business requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Java, OSGi, Sling, JCR and HTL (Sightly).
