Sports Sciences Faculty Member

Are you an esteemed academic and practitioner looking to contribute to a multidisciplinary B.Sc. program? We are seeking a dynamic faculty member to join our team of experts in Sports Management, Human Performance, Sports Technology & Applied Neuroscience, Sports Psychology, and Sports Medicine & Rehabilitation.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver core and specialization courses aligned with the program curriculum.
  • Develop innovative teaching methodologies, including case-based, lab-based, and experiential learning.
  • Supervise student projects, internships, and capstones.
  • Contribute to curriculum design, accreditation processes, and continuous improvement.
Research & Knowledge Creation:
  • Conduct high-impact research in relevant domains.
  • Secure external research grants and industry-funded projects.
  • Establish thematic labs/centers in areas such as performance analytics, neuroscience, esports, or rehabilitation.
  • Mentor undergraduate research projects, leading to publications/presentations.
Industry & Global Engagement:
  • Partner with sports leagues, academies, governing bodies, and startups for student internships, live projects, and applied research.
  • Engage in executive education, consulting, and innovation-driven initiatives.
  • Build collaborations with international universities for joint teaching, research, and immersion programs.
Institutional Contribution:
  • Participate in faculty committees, academic governance, and program development.
  • Support admissions, student mentoring, outreach, and brand building.
  • Contribute to positioning the faculty as a global leader in Sports Sciences & Management.
