We are seeking scholars and practitioners to join our faculty in Sports Sciences & Management. Faculty members will contribute to teaching, research, and industry engagement across our multidisciplinary programs that integrate various fields of study.

Faculty are expected to deliver world-class teaching, advance research agendas, mentor students, and build collaborations with industry and global academic networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative teaching methodologies, including case-based, lab-based, and experiential learning.
  • Supervise student projects, internships, and capstones.
  • Secure external research grants and industry-funded projects.
  • Establish thematic labs/centers in areas such as performance analytics, neuroscience, esports, or rehabilitation.
  • Mentor undergraduate research projects, leading to publications/presentations.
  • Partner with sports leagues, academies, governing bodies, and startups for student internships, live projects, and applied research.
  • Engage in executive education, consulting, and innovation-driven initiatives.
  • Build collaborations with international universities for joint teaching, research, and immersion programs.
  • Participate in faculty committees, academic governance, and program development.
  • Support admissions, student mentoring, outreach, and brand building.
  • Contribute to the vision of positioning the faculty as a global leader in Sports Sciences & Management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • PhD (or equivalent terminal degree) in Sports Sciences, Management, Psychology, Medicine, Neuroscience, Biomechanics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
  • Evidence of high-quality teaching experience in relevant modules.
  • Ability to integrate technology, experiential learning, and industry practices into teaching.
  • International academic exposure and collaborations.
  • Industry experience (sports federations, professional clubs, wellness, esports, sports tech startups).
  • Research grants, patents, or applied projects.
  • Professional certifications (coaching, performance science, psychology, rehab).
