At ZETA, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical assistance to our customers and internal teams, ensuring the seamless installation, configuration, and operation of our products in the SaaS offering.

The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining our products for customers, providing technical support via phone, email, and other communication channels, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and working closely with internal teams to investigate and resolve complex technical issues.

In this role, you will also have the opportunity to identify and escalate product defects and enhancement requests to the appropriate teams, create and maintain technical documentation, including knowledge base articles and user guides, and participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support to customers.

To be successful in this role, you will require a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, with 2-4 years of experience in technical support or software implementation, preferably in a customer-facing role. Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with Linux operating systems and command line interface, and knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, Bash, or Perl are highly desirable.
