About this Role

We are seeking an innovative and skilled professional to join our team as a Technology Analyst.

This is a 0 → 1 role that involves working directly with our founding team to build, scale, and ship core initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have past experience in software development or related fields, along with a strong understanding of code, APIs, and back-end systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate client needs into actionable product features.
  • Support pipeline setup, integrations, and real-time system establishment.
  • Collaborate with founders and engineers to design and build core features.
  • Work hands-on with JavaScript, APIs, and back-end systems to bring ideas to life.
  • Contribute to experiments, tech spikes, and new initiatives from scratch.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience (internships/side projects count).
  • Past SDE/Developer internship experience or can understand JavaScript and APIs.
  • Leadership experience in tech-related activities.
  • Comfort in interacting with clients – ability to own conversations and follow-through.
  • Energy, adaptability, and the ability to work directly with founders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Curiosity about AI, data platforms, and integrations.
