Job Description:

At our dynamic technology product organization, we're seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to drive high-quality outcomes. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy web-based applications.

As part of our team, you will contribute to technology advancement through strategic planning, execution, and leadership. You'll work closely with Engineering Leads, Product Managers, and Product Analysts to ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. • Develop, enhance, document, and maintain application features in C#.Net, MVC, .net core, ReactJs and React Native.
    • Pitch innovative ideas and test new approaches.
    • Manage the full life cycle of supported applications and ensure timely delivery of improvements and bug fixes
    • Support application outages and resolve escalated incidents using sound incident management practices.
    • Analyze business requirements, processes, data, and system integration points to determine/recommend appropriate technology solutions.
    • Collaborate with other development teams for integration and deployment.
    • Write and deliver complex code and modules to meet requirements, functional, and technical specifications.
    • Design, code, test, debug, and implement high-quality software.
    • Demonstrate strong knowledge of architecting and developing integration projects using web services.
    • Oversee code development and potentially participate in problem-solving.
    • Keep pace with innovative technologies and maintain a strong understanding of industry trends and best practices.
    • Implement build processes and continuous build integration with Unit Testing framework.
    • Skilled in delivering, developing, and maintaining web-based applications.
Requirements:
  1. • 9-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying web-based applications.
    • Experience in development of web-based applications using the Microsoft technology stack (C#, .NET Core).
    • Experience with React Native & offline database.
    • Experience leading a diverse team, providing both hands-on and technical guidance.
    • Demonstrable knowledge in tuning and maintaining of MS-SQL Server, stored procedures, and T-SQL.
    • Knowledge of Web Services integration (REST, WSDL/SOAP, XML, JSON).
    • Sound understanding of Test tools usage of CI-CD pipeline, Kubernetes.
    • Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with coding/design patterns defining and implementing software development standards and best practices.
