Job Title:

Technical Product Manager

Job Description As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the execution of product lifecycle processes for Insurtech products/platforms. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of product requirements, evaluate product performance, and transition products from development to commercialization.
  • Lead technical discussions with Engineering teams & effectively manage technical/business requirements.
  • Assist in determining product delivery and deployment dates for new product releases, feature and maintenance releases and regular corrective service or service pack releases.
  • Mentor/Drive a team of Product Managers while acting as a technical consultant to the product organization and leads research, and prototyping of innovative technologies and products.
  • Evaluate and ensure the technology and architectural roadmap of engineering is properly aligned with and supports the product/business road map.
  • Act as a customer liaison on technical issues related to product integration, custom development and requirements.
  • May lead major releases and ensure feature enhancements respond to customer requests. Manage schedules and tasks related to all aspects of product development.

Requirements To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • 9+ years of experience into Product Management
  • Bachelor's/Master's or equivalent Degree in technology or related field
  • Strong Background of working as a Technical & Functional Product Manager or Business Analyst/Product Analyst in an enterprise environment.
  • Hands-on understanding of API Integration, SQL, Data Analysis etc.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC & technology system interfaces, data integration, networks, and operating systems
  • Coaching & mentoring a team of Product Managers or Product Owners
  • Expert level experience in delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and the use of relevant tools
  • Ability to influence, lead, and work as part of a cross-functional in a global team setup
