  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Support business functions in describing and documenting business requirements for software systems.
  • Convert business requirements into development and maintenance plans, respecting global IT strategy and policies.
  • Collaborate with other specialists to ensure consistent solutions and long-term data governance.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Stay updated on vendor updates, patches, and fixes.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance plan for software systems.
  • Document and maintain records of business requirements and implementation.

Mandates:

  • Propose and define development and maintenance plans for software systems.
  • Define implementation changes and data architecture.
  • Approve test protocols.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • More than 3 years' experience using the application in scope.
  • Deep knowledge of business processes supported by the application.
  • Experience working in a multicultural organization.
  • Experience with ITSM and ITIL.
  • Agile methods and frameworks.
  • Excellent language skills in English.
