Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Visa Application Specialist to support students in their visa application journey. The role involves end-to-end handling of documentation, application tracking, coordination with stakeholders, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of visa applications.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and good communication skills. They will be responsible for assisting applicants in completing visa application forms, reviewing and verifying documents, coordinating with internal teams and external consultants, and tracking application status.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist applicants in completing visa application forms and preparing required documentation.
  • Review and verify documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with embassy/consulate guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external consultants, and applicants for smooth processing.
  • Track application status and provide timely updates to applicants and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
  • 1-2 year of experience in visa processing, immigration services, or travel documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple applications simultaneously.
