Job Title:

We are seeking a seasoned Fullstack Product Engineer with expertise in AI, RAG, and LLMs to spearhead the development of cutting-edge products.

About the Role:

  • This is a high-ownership position that requires end-to-end product development using Ruby and React.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build and iterate fast, delivering high-utility features used by thousands of users.
  • Your experience with Langchain and other LLM frameworks will be instrumental in implementing intelligent workflows.
  • Achieving smart architecture and direct integration will enable you to skip bloated API layers.

Requirements:

  • Product-driven mindset: You make tactical decisions quickly and prioritize product outcomes over code efficiency.
  • LLM/Langchain equivalent experience: You've built real features or products using Langchain and understand the LLM ecosystem.
  • Fullstack excellence: You work seamlessly across Ruby (backend) and React (frontend), with no handoffs or silos.
  • Ownership mindset: You're hands-on, accountable for results, and thrive in unstructured environments.

Bonus Requirements:

  • Past experience building tools in CRM, SaaS, or automation will be a plus.
  • Familiarity with agents, vector DBs, embeddings, and prompt engineering will enhance your chances.
