Job Description

As a member of our LSS-AI team, you'll work on cutting-edge projects that leverage AI to drive economic value. You'll develop advanced embedding models to capture semantic meaning, design and train ranking models for search relevance, and build large-scale classification models to automatically tag industries and buyer intent.

You'll own end-to-end model development and deployment in large-scale production environments, mentor junior engineers, and represent us in academic and industry circles by showcasing our innovation and scientific expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Master's degree or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of work experience in recommendation systems, machine learning, statistical modeling/inference, data mining, graph/geometric deep learning, large language models, or generative AI.
  • Hands-on experience working on cutting-edge AI projects, with a proven track record of publishing at academic and industry venues.
  • Understanding of standard programming and software engineering practices, including ability to program and eagerness to learn.
