Job Title: Collections SpecialistAbout the Role:

We are seeking a skilled professional to drive recoveries on overdue loans by engaging with customers, negotiating settlements, and ensuring account closures.

The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, and a consistent performance-oriented mindset.

  • Contact delinquent customers via calls to follow up on overdue payments.
  • Manage loan portfolios across DPD buckets.
  • Offer closure or restructuring options aligned with internal policies.
  • Maintain calling discipline and track customer interactions.

The selected candidate will be expected to prepare and update portfolio performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delinquency Management: Contact customers via calls to follow up on overdue payments.
  • Portfolio Management: Manage loan portfolios across DPD buckets.
  • Closure Options: Offer closure or restructuring options aligned with internal policies.
  • Customer Interaction: Maintain calling discipline and track customer interactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: 1–3 years of experience in collections or recoveries, ideally in personal loans, business loans, or auto loans.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience in tele-calling or collections call centers is essential.
  • DRA Certification: DRA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Languages: Fluency in English and Hindi, knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.

The ideal candidate will have a high level of integrity, empathy, and ownership, and be able to maintain a customer-first approach.
