Job Summary

This position will focus on banking and finance operations, requiring a self-learner who can take on any task and solve problems effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with banks for banking operations
  • Assisting with daily cash management across various bank accounts
  • Producing daily MIS on liquidity
  • Obtaining tax certificates
  • Preparing weekly payment summaries
  • Reviewing employee claims
  • Managing credit cards
  • Procuring licenses
  • Producing monthly payment reports for accounting
  • Assisting with the execution of financing deals
  • Transferring funds daily, repaying investors and handling EMI repayments
  • Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations for India, covering disbursements, repayments, net cash, and contracts
  • Recording journal entries using NetSuite to support timely month-end closings
  • Ensuring timely payment of statutory dues
  • Partnering with departments on accruals, vendor management, and contract management
  • Providing accurate and timely financial and management reports
  • Preparing cash projections
  • Supporting annual external audits

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in finance or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a similar position
  • Experience in handling banking transactions
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to learn
