Pricing analysts play a critical role in driving business profitability by providing expert cost/pricing analysis.

At Astreya, we seek an experienced pricing analyst to contribute to our success. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering thorough and competitive cost/pricing analysis in the bid and proposal process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft strategic pricing plans and processes to improve existing projects
  • Create reports reflecting metrics and project status, client level P&L, objectives and KPIs
  • Communicate findings effectively to relevant departments
  • Work with sales and delivery teams to define pricing structure for company services offered
  • Able to effectively read and understand technical/requirement documents as well as legal documents such as customer contracts
  • Scope out opportunities based on market trends and industry conditions
  • Identify ideal pricing structures and sales funnels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university and 5 to 8 years' related experience and/or training
  • Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise
  • Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions
  • Proven experience developing clear and accurate deliverables from SME and technical source materials
  • Prior experience building pricing models
