Community Outreach Coordinator Job Opportunity

  • Plan and manage camp schedules, including Rural, Urban, and Mobile Eye Clinic camps.
  • Oversee outreach activities to promote awareness and engagement in rural and urban areas.
  • Coordinate awareness camps, corporate events, and school camps to maximize patient flow.
  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH LOCAL AUTHORITIES AND OTHER ORGANIZATIONS TO SUPPORT EVENT PLANNING.
  • EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE CAMPS LOCATIONS TO PATIENTS THROUGH VARIOUS CHANNELS.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in marketing or event management. A graduate degree with a valid license is required for this position.

Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate camp schedules ensuring timely preparations for Rural, Urban, and Mobile Eye Clinic camps.

2. Oversee community outreach activities promoting awareness and engagement.

3. Organize awareness camps, corporate events, and school camps in both rural and urban areas.

4. Develop relationships with local authorities, NGOs, and other organizations to support event planning.

5. Effectively communicate camp locations to patients through various channels.
