**Job Profile: Preschool Teacher**

**Location: Rourkela**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Implementation**:

- Develop and deliver a curriculum that aligns with early childhood education standards.
- Plan activities that foster cognitive, motor, and social skills, such as storytelling, arts and crafts, music, and physical play.
- Integrate basic academic concepts like numbers, letters, colors, and shapes into daily activities.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Create a welcoming and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized learning environment.
- Supervise children to ensure their safety and well-being during all activities.
- **Child Development**:

- Monitor and assess the development of each child, identifying strengths and areas for growth.
- Support children’s emotional and social needs by teaching conflict resolution, sharing, and teamwork.
- Address behavioral challenges using positive discipline techniques.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Build strong, respectful relationships with parents or guardians through regular updates and conferences.
- Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, other educators, and school staff.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- **Compliance and Record-Keeping**:

- Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations for early childhood education.
- Maintain accurate records, including attendance, progress reports, and incident logs.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Graduation in any stream.
- **Experience**: Experienced and Fresher both can apply.
- **Skills**:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Creativity and patience.
- Ability to foster a nurturing and engaging learning environment.

**Salary will be 5k to 6k as per experience.**

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability
