Community Outreach Specialist

This is a challenging role in which you will oversee the planning and execution of community outreach activities. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating rural and urban events, developing relationships with local stakeholders, and promoting awareness about our initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Schedule Management: You will be responsible for creating schedules for camps, mobile eye clinics, and other outreach events one week in advance.
  • Event Planning: Organize community outreach activities, including rural and urban events, to promote awareness about our initiatives.
  • Networking: Develop relationships with local stakeholders, such as village panchayats and NGOs, to ensure successful event execution.
  • Publicity: Ensure adequate pre-event publicity through banners, posters, newspapers, flyers, etc.
  • Camp Coordination: Present the camp location to ensure a smooth patient outflow.
Requirements:
  • Qualification: MSW or MBA in Rural Marketing or Graduate with experience in NGO sector.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in rural marketing or NGO sector, preferably in event management.
  • Age: 30-45 years.
  • Gender: Male.
  • Vehicle: Own two-wheeler and valid license required.
