Accounts Receivable Professional
Job Description:As an Accounts Receivable Professional, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely generation and submission of invoices for Shipment and Services.
Key responsibilities include initiating actions for early identification and resolution of disputes with the customer, contacting customers via email and calls to confirm receipt of shipment, invoices, upcoming payment dates, and invoice to be paid.
Additional tasks include facilitating timely accounting of Funds Credited to Flex Bank account, generating and updating Weekly AR reports, preparing AR GL recons, supporting Corporate Treasury with Accurate Cash flow forecast, and ensuring completion of Month end accounting activities as per the corporate calendar.
Other key responsibilities include achieving Weekly targets on Key Process indicators set for the Business, supporting Audit requirement for the function assigned, holding up the Collections team and our business to address collections and overdue bills, engaging with management and the business to address payment delays and actions, helping in transition and integration of customers from different sites, and assisting with collection training for the team.
