The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing daily financial transactions maintaining accurate records handling accounts payable receivable and ensuring compliance with tax regulations This role requires attention to detail proficiency in accounting software and the ability to manage financial reporting Key Responsibilities 1 Accounting Financial Management Maintain accurate financial records ledgers and transactions Process accounts payable and receivable including invoice verification and payment processing Ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements and ledgers Manage petty cash transactions and expense reimbursements 2 Taxation Compliance Assist in GST TDS and other tax calculations and filings Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies Assist in audits by preparing necessary financial reports and documents 3 Financial Reporting Analysis Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Support budget preparation and financial forecasting Analyze financial data and provide insights to management 4 Payroll Vendor Management Assist in payroll processing and employee salary disbursement Manage vendor payments and maintain records of transactions 5 Coordination Support Coordinate with banks auditors and external financial institutions Assist in preparing financial statements for internal and external stakeholders Required Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations Proficiency in Tally QuickBooks or other accounting software
