Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a seasoned financial leader to spearhead our organization's financial strategy and operations.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial analysis, IFRS, and closing/reporting processes.
  • S/He should have at least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position, with a Master's degree in Finance or Management.
  • A strong communicator with leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial policies, procedures, and controls within the organization.
  • Produce accurate and reliable accounting and financial information on a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory accounts, local and international accounting standards, and tax requirements.
  • Monitor all accounting and financial activities, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and monthly close.
  • Manage working capital and cash flow, monitoring customer credit and collection.
  • Implement and improve financial systems, reports, and dashboards for informed decision-making.
  • Cross-functional leadership, coaching, and development of finance team members.
  • Budget building and monitoring with senior management.

Requirements and Skills:

  • Master's degree in Finance or Management.
  • Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis methods, IFRS, and closing/reporting processes.
  • At least 8 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • Fluent English language proficiency.
  • Organized, dynamic, autonomous, with strategic vision and strong financial knowledge.
  • Leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with ability to work effectively in a team.
