Staff Software Leader

The Staff Software Leader is a full-stack developer and technical leader proficient at designing and developing complex software applications. This leader works on an agile product development team, collaborating with colleagues and driving initiatives to transform the healthcare industry into a safer and more cost-effective sector.

Main Responsibilities
  • Leverage technical expertise to lead significant initiatives and establish best practices for the team
  • Support teammates in growing as engineers and propose new technology solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive innovation and contribute to strategic objectives
Requirements
  • Motivated, self-learner, and technically inquisitive
  • 8+ years of work experience in software development with a focus on full-stack development
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, or IT
  • Proficient in multiple server-side programming languages (Java with Spring Boot experience preferred)
  • Proficient in multiple client-side programming languages (JavaScript React experience preferred)
  • Experience with cloud services, infrastructure as code practices, Kubernetes, and AWS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
