SAP PP/PM Support Role Overview

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of Production Planning and Plant Maintenance modules, with a strong focus on troubleshooting production order execution at various stages.

  • Production planning process understanding in Manufacturing Industry
  • MRP process expertise in MTS & MTO scenarios
  • End-to-end process knowledge in Manufacturing Industry Shopfloor
  • Troubleshooting production order execution at various stages
  • Production order costing process understanding
  • PP, FI/CO, MM, SD integration points and troubleshooting capability

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning
  • Implement and maintain accurate production plans, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing costs
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve production bottlenecks
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance overall efficiency
Plant Maintenance
  • Maintain plant maintenance master data, including PM materials, assembly, serial numbers, and BOMs
  • Troubleshoot issues related to PM order life cycle, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal resource utilization
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP PP support and resolving shopfloor issues
  • Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results in dynamic environments
