Paytm is a leading digital payments and financial services company in India, focused on driving consumers and merchants to its platform through various payment use cases. The company provides consumers with services like utility payments and money transfers, while empowering them to pay via Paytm Payment Instruments (PPI) like Paytm Wallet, Paytm UPI, Paytm Payments Bank Net banking, Paytm FASTag, and Paytm Postpaid - Buy Now, Pay Later. To merchants, Paytm offers acquiring devices like Soundbox, EDC, QR, and Payment Gateway, where payment aggregation is done through PPI and other banks' financial instruments. To enhance merchants' business, Paytm offers commerce services through advertising and the Paytm Mini app store. By leveraging this platform, the company offers credit services such as merchant loans, personal loans, and BNPL, sourced by its financial partners.
About the Team:
Paytm Ads is Paytm's digital advertising vertical that offers innovative ad solutions to clients across industries. It provides advertisers with the opportunity to engage with 300Mn+ users who interact with over 200 payment and retail services, both online and offline, offered on the Paytm app. Paytm Ads maps user transactions to their lifestyle choices and creates customized segmentation cohorts for sharp shooting ad campaigns to the most relevant target group.
About the Role:
This role is responsible for accelerating the depth of our partnership with agencies in the west market by building relationships with key agency stakeholders, transforming how we collaborate and integrate, evangelizing the Paytm Ads product suite, and educating and engaging meaningfully with the agency teams. The position will focus specifically on developing and scaling relationships with key agencies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with agencies to help them leverage Paytm Ads to grow their clients' businesses.
- Work collaboratively with all levels across the agency community (from CXO to execution) to build mutually beneficial ways of partnering to accelerate client adoption of the platform and products.
- Advise and execute on Paytm's agency go-to-market strategy with the objective of maximizing long-term revenue into our Marketing Solutions business.
- Co-create programs and initiatives that bolster an agency's value proposition to improve client business outcomes.
- Assess and understand the agency landscape; develop strong relationships and be responsible for engagement planning in support of a growth agenda.
- Evangelize new products and technologies to agency stakeholders.
- Own and execute an agency training and education strategy.
- Collaborate with sales and appropriate cross-functional partners, including marketing, to ensure a coordinated approach to growing agency business.
- Serve as the internal voice of the agency customer to help formulate product and shape marketing roadmaps.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of marketing, agency, advertising, or sales experience.
- Experience managing internal and external relationships.
- Strong digital advertising experience expertise.
- Exhibits a high level of competency in oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in building relationships with senior agency decision-makers and working across teams within complex organizations to achieve objectives.
- An established network of agency and senior client relationships in the industry and deep understanding of the agency ecosystem.
- Proven track record of delivering results and generating transformational growth.
Education: Graduation is compulsory.
