Geek Creative Agency is a forward-thinking agency seeking a skilled Business Growth Specialist. This role requires a candidate with 3-4 years of experience from an agency background. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Selling creative advertising services, digital marketing, media buying, SEO, and web development to clients.
  2. Prospecting 50-250 new potential clients weekly and creating engaging conversations to drive sales.
  3. Organizing work in our ZOHO CRM, following up on tasks, and running discovery meetings.
  4. Closing new business with higher than average client spend to accommodate their growth goals.
  5. Upselling and cross-selling, managing client relationships with Geek Account Managers, and staying on top of closed business.
  6. Adding a minimum of 25 new prospects, leads, and discovery meetings weekly.

Requirements:

  1. 3-4 years of experience selling creative advertising services, digital marketing, media buying, SEO, and web development.
  2. Hunter mentality with the ability to prospect 50-250 new potential clients weekly.
  3. Ability to create solutions around client goals and budget requirements.
  4. Organizational skills to manage all work performed in our ZOHO CRM.
