Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day communication with users.
- Scale active users on the app by leveraging user-generated matchmakers, content creators, and moderators.
- Implement strategies for upskilling and monetization of matchmakers, content creators, and moderators.
- Work closely with the product team to launch and optimize new features focused on user engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Create and nurture micro-influencers within the ecosystem to drive matchmaking, virtual gifting, and radio shows.
- Stay up to date with new social media trends, insights, and best practices.
- Manage and support different speaking communities to foster a positive and interactive environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in operations, campaign, or community management in Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi speaking audiences.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent understanding of Punjabi/Gujarati and Marathi culture and language.
- Proven ability to work with language-specific content/creators and regional/global content trends.
- Familiarity with app-based user engagement metrics and tools.
- Demonstrated ability to take ownership of projects and drive them to completion.
