Job Title: SAP Data Archiving Specialist

As a SAP Data Archiving Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting data archiving solutions in the SAP environment. This includes managing server administration, divestment, software management, and reporting responsibilities.

  • Manage server administration tasks, including adding and removing authorization to file servers, creating new folders with authentication, handling annual access audits, and monitoring Windows file servers.
  • Extract and transfer archived data to buyers, create quality documentation on maintenance activities, and troubleshoot issues related to Enterprise Scan and WinViewer applications.
  • Install and configure Enterprise Scan and WinViewer applications, troubleshoot issues, and run catch-up archiving for new archive objects and sweeper for existing archive objects.
  • Activate and deactivate archive infrastructure, manage retention policies, and assist project teams with testing archive functionalities.
  • Perform data migration and technical and functional testing for replication server upgrades.

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality incident and problem management solutions during Bangkok work hours.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) during PI periods.
  • Deliver successful and error-free SAP maintenance activities according to the Upgrade Schedule during PI periods.
  • Complete all assigned ADO user stories prioritized by the Product Owner during PI periods.
  • Deliver high-quality documentation using OneNote related to lessons learned, undocumented problem solutions, and new configurations.
