Enterprise Data Management Specialist

Job Summary:

Design, implement and maintain robust test data management strategies to support large-scale enterprise-wide testing initiatives.

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Data Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data governance, test data management and data engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and manage Informatica TDM/Data Masking tools to create, subset and mask sensitive data across environments.
  • Analyze source systems and identify Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and other sensitive data that require masking.
  • Implement data obfuscation to ensure compliance with data privacy and regulatory standards.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand test data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets for functional, integration, performance and UAT testing.
  • Optimize test data provisioning processes to improve testing efficiency and reduce cycle times.
  • Collaborate with DBAs, developers, testers and compliance teams to ensure alignment on data handling practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science, information technology or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in Test Data Management, Data Governance or Data Engineering.
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Informatica Data Masking (TDM, ILM) tools.
  • Knowledge of Informatica Data Engineering Integration (DEI), Informatica Data Quality (IDQ), PowerCenter for ETL integration with TDM.
  • Experience with static and dynamic data masking across RDBMS, files and applications.
  • Proficiency in data sub-setting, synthetic data generation, cloning and archiving using Informatica tools.
  • Working knowledge of Informatica Developer, Metadata Manager and Model Repository Service.
