Job Title: Data Management Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to help us build and manage systems that organize key business data. This role requires someone who understands both technical setup and collaboration with clients and team members to deliver reliable solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize data management solutions using advanced software platforms.
  • Create and manage complex data models defining how information is stored and linked.
  • Design and develop integrations between systems using APIs, ETL tools, or web services.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify optimal technical solutions and guide development efforts.
  • Communicate with clients to understand their needs and explain solutions in simple terms.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to data quality, performance, or integration.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience working with data management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of programming languages for customization.
  • Experience in data integration (ETL, REST APIs, web services).
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL) and common data formats like XML, JSON, CSV.
  • Understanding of data models and system information storage.
  • Proficiency in coding and debugging tools (like an IDE).

Bonus qualifications include certifications in data management or experience with related technologies.

Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science or related field and enjoy solving complex data problems, guiding teams, and working directly with clients.
