Automation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Automation Lead. The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in Salesforce and nCino, with hands-on automation experience, deep knowledge of testing frameworks, and familiarity with banking workflows.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications.
  • Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review requirements and acceptance criteria.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of nCino modules, including Loan Origination System (LOS), Credit Memo, Collateral, Covenant Tracking, Deposit Account Opening, and Workflow Automation.
  • Validate Salesforce Lightning, APIs, and integrations with external systems.
  • Ensure comprehensive test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing.
  • Define and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to best practices in automation.
  • Support continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks and API testing tools.
  • Expertise in CI/CD tools and cloud platforms.
  • Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred/Good-to-Have:
  • Salesforce certifications and nCino 201/301 certification.
  • Experience with performance testing tools.
