Key Responsibilities
- Develop automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver and related frameworks to ensure the highest quality of software releases.
- Contribute to mobile automation with Appium and web automation with Playwright, expanding our reach across various platforms.
- Perform API testing using Postman, Rest Assured or equivalent tools to guarantee seamless interactions between systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing strategies that meet product requirements and drive business success.
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines for streamlined delivery and reduced lead times.
- Report and track defects, perform root cause analysis and drive resolution with development teams to maintain a high level of product excellence.
- Enhance frameworks for reusability, scalability and maintainability, ensuring long-term efficiency and adaptability.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5–7 years of experience in test automation with proven results.
- Strong expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python/JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience in API testing (REST, SOAP) with a focus on reliability and consistency.
- Familiarity with Appium and Playwright for efficient mobile and web automation.
- Knowledge on Typescript and WebDriver.IO for advanced framework capabilities.
- Experience with version control (Git) and CI/CD tools for seamless integration and collaboration.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies for flexible and iterative development.
- Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills for effective issue resolution.
