We are passionate and idealistic professionals driven to build a network of reimagined schools and after-school centers. We aim to offer low-income students expanded opportunities to succeed.

Our flagship programs include the Circle Incubation and the Aspiring Entrepreneurship Lab. The Circle Incubation selects entrepreneurs who aspire to reinvent schools and after-school centers, equips them with resources, and provides hands-on experience. They will engage in rigorous content facilitated by innovation coaches and experts from across industries.

The Aspiring Entrepreneurship Lab consists of fellowships, workshops, hackathons, and internships designed to cultivate excitement and readiness for school design, innovation, and creation.

Our Vision and Strategy

Over the next five years, we aspire to facilitate the launches of more than 25 schools and after-school centers across India. We aim to grow 50,000 leaders who will work collectively and with love to transform the lives of 1 in 10 low-income children in our regions through an education that unleashes their potential.

  • Strengthen our core Fellowship to build strong teacher leaders who provide excellent and equitable education to our children and continue to do so beyond the Fellowship.
  • Scale our impact by introducing additional Fellowships as alternative pathways for leadership development.
  • Match Alumni at the intersection of their interests and needs of the system and our children.
  • Advocate for key issues impacting educational equity and engage 3.5 of the population in the movement for educational equity.
  • Act collectively with Alumni to learn about and address key issues in our regions.

Our work will only be completed when we have built a movement of leaders large enough to ensure every child in India attains an excellent education.
