Job Description

At Jobfactory, we are seeking a highly organized and communicative Business Development Manager to oversee client relationships and deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management:
    • Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with assigned clients.
    • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Requirement Gathering:
    • Work closely with clients to gather detailed project requirements.
    • Document and manage client requirements using Excel sheets.
  • Data Management:
    • Maintain accurate client information and project details in Excel sheets.
    • Analyze data to support client projects and reporting needs.
  • Client Follow-Up:
    • Follow up with clients via phone to ensure their requirements are being met.
    • Provide regular project updates and address client concerns.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Estimated Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per year.
