Key Account Manager - Recoveries

The purpose of this role is to oversee a defined area, achieving target recoveries on various parameters and managing the assigned budget effectively. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing collections for the assigned region, ensuring timely resolutions to customer issues and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Monitoring delinquency rates and identifying areas for improvement, focusing on non-starters and high-risk accounts.
  • Representing the organization in front of legal/statutory bodies as required, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Allocating work to field executives, ensuring agencies perform as per defined SLA and monitor payments and audit receipts within specified timeframes.
  • Ensuring Feet on Street availability area-wise/bucket-wise/segment-wise, obtaining daily updates from collection executives and reviewing high-ticket accounts.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Post Graduate/Graduate degree in any discipline.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
