Process and Manufacturing Leader

Our company is looking for an experienced leader to oversee the design, implementation, and stabilization of manufacturing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of process capabilities, ergonomics, testing, and line design. They should be up-to-date with the latest state-of-the-art manufacturing and testing processes.

The Process and Manufacturing Leader will work closely with the production team to understand constraints and requirements, as well as collaborate with vendors to communicate requirements, review designs, and commission lines.

This role requires a deep understanding of machines and their cost and capabilities, as well as experience leading at least one line release. The successful candidate will also have experience working in 2-3 programs in the capacity of a process/manufacturing engineer.

We are looking for someone with knowledge of different suppliers w.r.t various aspects of NPD forgiven component from a strategy point of view.

Responsibilities include:

  • Delivering complete design of process and manufacturing line for one of the vehicle or battery assembly lines.
  • Ensuring that time, cost, and quality targets are met.
  • Working with the design team on DFA feedback and in understanding process requirements and CTQs.
  • Delivering MBoM, BoP, PFD, work instructions, maintenance guides to the production team.

Requirements include:

  • B.E/M.E in Industrial engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of technical expertise in the manufacturing process.
