Business Process Integration Specialist for FMCG Industry

We are seeking a seasoned Business Process Integration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing business processes that drive efficiency and productivity across the FMCG industry.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in workflow development and integration, with experience working with ServiceNow and MDM platforms such as Informatica and Stibo. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into seamless workflow solutions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end business processes for SKU creation and product data management.
  • Develop and integrate workflows with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Stibo STEP) to ensure streamlined data processing.
  • Support and enhance existing BPM workflows to meet evolving business needs.
  • Gather business requirements through workshops, meetings, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with developers, QA, and operations teams to ensure smooth rollout and support of new workflows.
  • Conduct training sessions, demos, and knowledge transfer to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in workflow development, integration, and implementation.
  • Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow workflow design and development.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG domain, including SKU lifecycle and product data management.
  • Experience working with MDM platforms (Informatica MDM, Stibo STEP).
  • Skilled in Skelta BPM workflow design and support.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
