Key Leadership Role in Fabrication Business

As a senior executive, you will lead the fabrication business with full financial accountability. Your role will be to drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and sustainable profitability.

The successful incumbent will formulate and execute a business strategy to scale operations, build customer relationships, manage plant operations, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver on financial and operational goals.

  • Drive the P&L with end-to-end responsibility of Sales, Account Management, Procurement & Operations.
  • Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the fabrication business including end-to-end fabrication operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
  • Secure and nurture enterprise customers, converting them into consistent key accounts.

You will work closely with the team to plan, execute, and monitor business operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth in market share.

Key requirements include:

  • 8+ years of experience in manufacturing/engineering/fabrication sectors with P&L responsibility.
  • Strong exposure to business development, vendor/customer management, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to drive Operational rigor for a complex, distributed business.

  • A strong analytical mindset to drive data-driven decision making.
