Social Media Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Lead to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and ultimately contribute to the company's success.
- Develop and manage a weekly content calendar, including Reels, Stories, Carousels, and Memes, that showcases our brand's personality and resonates with our target audience.
- Research and analyze trends, travel content, and Gen-Z culture to stay ahead of the curve and shape our brand's presence in the market.
- Design and coordinate the creation of cost-effective and creative posts that capture the attention of our followers and encourage them to take action.
- Track performance metrics and refine our strategies to optimize results.
