  7. Budget Assistance: Monitor company expenditures, help create budgets, and find ways to optimize costs while maintaining financial health.
  8. Audit Support: Work with auditors to prepare for audits and ensure a clean audit trail.
  9. Leadership Insights: Provide senior leadership with the financial insights they need to make informed decisions.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field, with a passion for number crunching.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and comfort working with financial reports and statements.
  • Strong analytical mindset, keen attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, tax processes, and financial regulations.
  • Effective communication skills, able to explain complex financial data in simple terms.
  • Confidentiality and handling sensitive financial information with responsibility.
