Scrum Master Opportunity">

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating agile methodologies and ensuring the smooth execution of projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Scrum principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also possess the ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 8-12 years of experience as a dedicated and full-time Scrum Master;
  • Excellent hands-on and understanding of SAFe Agile and ADO board;
  • Facilitation skills for daily Scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospective meetings;
  • Hands-on experience in developing and using ADO dashboard to track key Agile performance health KPIs;
  • Effective communication, action orientation, and follow-through facilitation;
  • Good hands-on experience with Agile Estimating and planning techniques;
  • In-depth hands-on experience in Sprint Forecasting;
  • Effective removal of impediments;
  • Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (e.g., numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs);
  • Working experience in SharePoint Technology preferably SharePoint 2019 or Online experience is required;
  • Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership;
  • Facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution; Continual improvement empowerment and increasing transparency.
