Mobile Banking Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mobile Banking Project Lead to drive the end-to-end execution of our mobile banking project.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale projects, including expertise in Scrum, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality mobile banking solutions within strict timelines and budget constraints.
  • Develop and implement effective project management strategies to ensure seamless integration with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with bank regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Design and implement training programs for staff and end-users, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Analyze project metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management, informing strategic decisions and driving business growth.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 years of experience in banking or fintech sector, with at least 4 years of exposure to mobile banking and internet banking projects.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to satisfaction of all stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to facilitate stakeholder engagement and change management activities.
  • PMP/Scrum/Prince 2 certifications, with demonstrated expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.
