Job Role: PMO Analyst

The position of PMO Analyst is a key component within the Global Project Management Office. The primary responsibility involves working closely with senior leadership to determine the necessary requirements for measuring project portfolio progress and success.

This entails identifying the type, frequency, and method of data collection, as well as facilitating data collection efforts. Additionally, it includes collecting data on quality and timeliness, escalating issues as required, and determining the analytical process to transform data into useful management information.

The PMO Analyst will present this information back to the leadership team to track performance and inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Regularly analyze data to provide scheduled reports.
  2. Set up projects and releases in our reporting systems.
  3. Provide ongoing support for these systems.

The PMO Analyst will be primarily responsible for certain key areas but will also need to cover during absences for other team members.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management or related fields.
  • Experience working with Jira for reporting, tracking, and portfolio management purposes.
  • Proficiency in various project management methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, PRINCE2, or others.
  • Strong analytical skills to gather, interpret, and present data on portfolio performance, risks, and benefits.
