Job Summary:

The wellness and benefits manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive employee wellness programs to foster a high-performance work culture.

This role focuses on enhancing employee engagement strategies, benefits, and well-being initiatives to improve productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement employee wellness programs that promote a healthy work-life balance
  2. Develop and manage employee engagement strategies to boost productivity and job satisfaction
  3. Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of existing wellness programs and make recommendations for improvement
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement company-wide wellness initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field such as business, health science, or human resources
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in employee wellness or a related field
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Able to analyze data and make informed decisions
