Job Description

As a Customer Onboarding Manager, you will have the opportunity to leave a lasting impression on our customers. Your role will involve managing requests and reviewing renewal pipelines to ensure seamless experiences for our clients.

You will be responsible for driving adoption and expanding features with our product team, while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external teams.

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and has a builder mindset to take on new challenges.

  • Develop and maintain effective customer onboarding processes, including training and implementation.
  • Manage relationships amongst internal and external teams to ensure smooth account management.
  • Establish metrics and KPIs to evaluate process improvement and overall account health.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for our platform, partnering with clients to understand operational challenges and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Resolve product support questions and work cross-functionally with product management to surface customer requests and translate feedback into product requirements.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of our implementation function as the team scales.
