Advanced Biology Researcher Role

Are you a skilled researcher looking for a challenging opportunity to work with large language models? We are seeking an advanced biology researcher to create problems, analyze model responses, and identify gaps in logic or understanding. This role involves testing the reasoning capabilities of LLMs and evaluating their ability to handle complex biological concepts.

  • Evaluate the logic behind research claims on immune signaling, including IL-2's effect on T cell proliferation and IFN-γ's activation of macrophages.
  • Review a student's proposed strategy to study plant stress genes using CRISPR knockouts, qPCR for expression analysis, and phenotypic observation under drought.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • A Ph.D. or postdoctoral degree in biology, biotechnology, biochemistry, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical skills.
  • Ability to provide clear, constructive feedback with examples.
  • Strong written communication and independent working skills.

Contract Details:

  • Commitments Required: at least 4 hours per day and minimum 20 hours per week.
  • Engagement Type: Contractor assignment/freelancer.
  • Duration of Contract: 1 month.
  • Selection Process: Task-based assessment followed by contract offer with defined timelines and workload.
