  • Preparing robust and error-free materials for field work, including brief notes, budgets, and show cards.
  • Field Work Material Preparation
  • Developing and implementing effective strategies for preparing field work materials, including questionnaire preparation and digitalization.
  • Questionnaire Design
  • Designing and developing questionnaires that meet client needs and objectives, with a focus on clarity, precision, and effectiveness.
  • Digitalizing questionnaires with the help of scripting teams.
  • Project Management
  • Managing projects from initiation to completion, including project planning, prioritization, and execution.
  • Coordinating with project management and field teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
  • Commercial Management
  • Managing commercial aspects of projects, including estimating, costing, and budgeting.
  • Finalizing estimates and costs for projects and research questions.
  • Client Management
  • Providing exceptional service to clients, including managing client expectations, addressing queries, and delivering error-free insights and deliverables.
  • Building strong relationships with clients, including attending meetings, taking notes, and preparing minutes.
  • Time Management
  • Managing time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Following up with relevant support teams to ensure timely submission of client deliverables.
  • Collaboration
  • Working collaboratively with team members, including intra- and inter-team collaboration, to achieve project goals.
